1. Our Products Are Dietary Supplements All products sold by Sonic Mind are dietary supplements as defined under the U.S. Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA). Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

2. Orders, Pricing and Acceptance All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled except as permitted under our Refund Policy.

3. Shipping and Delivery Shipping times listed are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or any events outside our reasonable control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
