30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of Synclarity and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If after consistent daily use for up to 30 days you are not satisfied with the results, we offer a one-time refund on your first order only (maximum one bottle per customer).
How to request a refund:
- Contact our support team by email within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Provide your order number and a brief explanation of your experience.
- Return the bottle (opened or unopened) with any remaining capsules to the return address we will provide.
Important Terms and Conditions:
- This guarantee applies only to the first purchase of Synclarity and only one bottle per customer.
- We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, excessive or repeated returns from the same customer, fraudulent activity, or if we have reason to believe the product was not used consistently as directed.
- Shipping costs (original and return shipping) are non-refundable.
- All returned dietary supplements (whether opened or unopened) will be identified, quarantined, and subject to a material review and disposition decision in accordance with FDA regulations (21 CFR Part 111 Subpart N). Opened or used products will be properly disposed of and will not be resold.
- This policy complies with applicable federal and state consumer protection laws. Some states (such as California and New York) may have additional requirements regarding the conspicuous display of return policies; we make this policy clearly available on our website.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and approve the return.
This policy is designed to provide a fair opportunity to try our product while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

2. Cancellation Rights under Israeli Law In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981) and the 2026 updates regarding e-commerce:

Cancellation Period: You are entitled to cancel a transaction within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receipt of the transaction summary document, whichever is later.

Cancellation Fees: As per the law, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) may be deducted from the refund.
