SONIC MIND - SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY (Updated April 2026)

Sonic Mind partners with Supliful for fulfillment and shipping from warehouses in the United States.

1. Order Processing / Fulfillment Time All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 2–5 business days. During high volume periods, processing may take additional days. We do not process or ship on weekends or major holidays.

2. Shipping Times to the United States

  • Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): 2–4 business days after fulfillment

Total Estimated Delivery Time (from order placement): 5–12 business days on average (typically 7–10 business days).

These are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or high shipping volume periods.

3.SHIPPING AVAILABILITY 

We currently ship within the United States only.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number(s) once your order ships. Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue with the shipping carrier.


6. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
